Welcome to Kidato International School! We are proud to offer a high-quality education that is recognized and respected worldwide. Our focus is on providing students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for success in the future.
One of the critical areas of our curriculum is the British National Curriculum (BNC), also known as IG. This curriculum is designed to provide students with a broad and balanced education, including mathematics, science, language, PSHE and social studies.

Another important aspect of our curriculum is our self-paced learning model. This model allows students to progress at their speed and learn in a way that is tailored to their individual needs and abilities. Additionally, our teacher-to-student ratio is 1:8, which allows us to provide personalised support and guidance to each student.

We also use a combination of formative and summative assessments, such as quizzes, tests, and projects, to measure student progress and understanding of the material.
We also offer the Cambridge Checkpoint exams, a suite of assessments developed by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and accepted by universities worldwide. This allows students to have an internationally recognized qualification welcomed by universities worldwide.

In addition to our academic focus, socialization and extra-curricular activities are essential to a well-rounded education. That's why we offer Social Fridays in-person meetings and work with parents to support students in interest and passions driven activities.
We also use a combination of regular assessments, parent-teacher conferences, progress reports and analytics tools to measure student understanding and mastery of the material, provide personalised support and guidance, and communicate progress to both students and parents.
Finally, at Kidato, we have merit tools to foster independence and discipline. We set clear expectations for coursework, deadlines, and participation, provide opportunities for autonomy, such as leadership roles in virtual clubs, and teach goal-setting and planning skills.
